When we started out 18 years ago, we wondered why most digital agencies did impressive development or creative design work, but not both. For our clients, that disconnect created a lot of problems: think everything from inconsistencies in the functionality of their web platforms, to higher maintenance costs and vendor-management headaches. We introduce ourselves as enterprise web architects, highly-specialized technology pros who combine digital development, user-experience engineering and creative design expertise to produce customized web platforms.

Peppre Media was founded to help some of the world’s leading companies reimagine their brands with a blend of daring digital development and design work. The goal: to make them shine in a crowded online world. Of course, there was another mission: to build the kind of agency we’d love to work in each and every day, where a culture of innovation and smart risk-taking always trumps the play-it-safe approach.

Our Process

1. Discover

Your business is unique – and as such, so are your needs. The Discover is where your needs are articulated. We then take the reins and collectively brainstorm, research and combine your needs with our technical knowledge to create a solid plan.

2. Definition

We gather a list of your requirements and begin formulating a plan. Done through documentation, site analysis, and more, this step ensures that we each understand expectations and helps to ensure a happy, profitable relationship.

3. Design

We provide designs based on the above two steps. In-turn that design then becomes code – the basic of any web project. We manage this crucial step alongside you and ensure you and present design samples for review and approval.

4. Development

Development involves the bulk of the programming work, as well as loading content (whether by Peppre team or the client’s). Keep code organized and commented, and refer constantly to the planning details as the full website takes shape.

5. Deliver

Without feedback and approval, Peppre Media cannot move forward with implementation. Additionally, before a site is launched, Peppre review internally to make sure nothing’s been missed and that your business looks great.

6. Maintenance

Implementing your new website is just the beginning – monitoring and ongoing website maintenance are parts of the process. Peppre Media team keep monitoring website performance and perform updates at your request.
