WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

· Champion the overall technology strategy, both internally and externally

· Lead tech strategy, development, deployment and innovation across the organization

· Partner with Creative Director and Director of Business Insights to provide strategic direction and leadership

· Evaluate clients needs, develop and present proposals that meet client expectations and · place the client strategically forward

· Architect solutions with the Director of Production and development team that range front end deployment to enterprise solutions

· Guide overall project development – monitor progress, solve issues and ensure success of deliverables

· Continuously challenge the status quo, think outside the box, and provide stimulus for creative and innovative solutions

· Help development teams employ best practices and enforce quality standards

· Roll-up your sleeves as we continue to build out the development teams and set expectations with team members and other stakeholders

· Actively participate in the sourcing and hiring of team members

· Motivate and mentor current team members

MUST HAVES:

· Expert understanding of technology workflow and project management

· 5-10 years experience leading technology for a digital marketing or advertising agency specifically in a client-facing role

· Experience with a variety of project types

· Experience with managing large & small diverse teams

· Hands-on knowledge of key programming languages and framework services (i.e..NET, JavaScript, AngularJS, JQuery, APIs, SQL, MVC)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Elicit, document, manage, and communicate an array of complex requirement sets

· Create Business Requirements Documents for projects, while maintaining project scope and ensuring that business requirements are consistently deliverables

· Execute on enterprise analysis: understand the business/value drivers behind a client and prioritize feature sets accordingly

· Create intelligent BA work-plan and task breakdown

· Determine the level and type of documentation necessary to ensure a project is successful

We need someone who understands the various mediums of the web and the role that development plays, from custom applications to HTML integration. Peppre Media is looking for a Systems Analyst that can confidently define and gather business requirements from clients and translate them into system specifications. This role will be a full time permanent position. Your job is to deliver well designed, secure, quality compliant technology projects on-time and in accordance with business requirements.

You will also work on a multi-disciplinary project team to define and document the technical approach to meeting the functional requirements. You will specialize in understanding requirements for eCommerce and other web-based platforms. Your mandate is to understand and define the business problems clients face and to address these gaps using technology requirements and solution requirements.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ability to translate customer business needs into requirements (Functional/Solution/Technical) to support their online strategy
